About the Event
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or in need of some connection with yourself & others?
Join us on the first and third Mondays for Yoga for Stress & Anxiety. We will be taking the hour to reconnect with ourselves and return our body and mind to a state of balance in a beautiful indoor space here in New Albany. Led by the fabulous Lori Bower.
* You must submit the online liability waiver upon registering to participate in this class *
What can you expect at a Y4SA session?
* Gentle guided movements
* Focus on breath
* Healing energy expressions
What to bring?
* Yoga Mat
* Two to three blankets or beach towels.
About Lori Bower
Yoga for Stress & Anxiety was developed by Lori Bower, M.Ed, E-RYT 500, Urban Zen Integrative Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher as well as a beloved New Albany community member. Lori graciously donates her time to Wellbeing Connection to further our mission of bringing more mental wellness resources to our community
We believe that making this experience accessible and inclusive makes our community a better place. The suggested amount is $10 per class but pay whatever you can. There's no catch! We are just grateful you are here with us
