Urban Zen for Healing

This hour-long  session will include techniques that will ease tension and invite relief during difficult times, helping you feel more grounded, calm and connected.  Lori will take you through a blend of gentle movements, restorative yoga postures, breath practices, aromatherapy and  guided meditations.
