PEACE BEGINS WITH ME

Join WBC for our first official fundraiser!  It is sure to be a great morning.

We will start the morning with an introductory class of Kundalini Yoga, suitable for all levels, with the wonderful Gina Eckel.  Gina will lead us through gentle body movement (kriya), energetic breathing (pranayam), mudras (hand gestures), mantra, (chanting/sound) and meditation. Participants may experience deepening of self awareness and amplification of unity consciousness.

After a short break, we will lie down and allow the vibrations of Dr. Sandra Solano’s Himalayan Singing Bowls lead us to a deep state of relaxation and bring healing to our body, mind, and soul.

After these renewing and grounding experiences, we hope you will stay and join us for some refreshments from Peace Love Juice and intention setting at the Bohindi Bead Bar (not included in ticket price).

Wellbeing Connection believes in making this experience accessible and inclusive to all people, regardless of financial circumstances, so we are offering tickets at the low price of $25 per ticket.  We encourage those that can afford to do so to make an additional, tax-deductible, donation when purchasing tickets.  This additional donation will enable the Wellbeing Connection to keep bringing mental health programming and opportunities to our community.
