A sound bath is an immersive, full-body experience that intentionally uses sound frequencies to affect every cell in our body while promoting deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. We use instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums during this gentle but invigorating session. Additionally, an acupuncture needle will be placed in the third eye to help deepen the experience and promote even more relaxation.
