Join us for an evening featuring a librarian book talk, mindfulness resources and a deeply restful iRest® meditation led by Certified iRest Teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500.
iRest® is an evidence-based form of mindfulness rooted in the ancient practice of yogic sleep meditation. Backed by extensive research, iRest supports better sleep, emotional balance, stress relief and a deep sense of inner peace.
Mindful Monday is presented in partnership with Wellbeing Connection. Bring a yoga mat. Chairs will also be available. Adults and teens accompanied by an adult are welcome.
