A fundraiser benefitting New Albany Theatre Boosters & Wellbeing Connection

It will be a beautiful morning of community, connection and self-care. All of our favorite things.
Grab your yoga mat and join us! (If you don’t have a yoga mat…no worries, we’ll have one for you.) Andre’ Mershad will lead us through an easy and restorative yoga session, where we will go through a series of gentle movement, breath work, stillness, and healing energy.
**No yoga experience necessary**
After a short break, we will lie down for 45-60 minutes and allow the vibrations of Dr. Sandra Solano’s Himalayan Singing Bowls lead us to a deep state of relaxation and bring healing to our body, mind, and soul.
We will send you off with a self-care wellness kit, filled with essential oil, bath salt, worry stone, affirmation card, journal, and more. These kits were created and assembled by the teens of WBC and the NA High School Theatre.
Suggested Minimum Donation:
Student: $25*
Adult: $40 *
WBC and NA Theatre Boosters believe in making this experience accessible and inclusive to all people, regardless of financial circumstances. Our low ticket prices reflects this desire.* We encourage those that can afford to do so to make a larger tax-deductible donation for this event.
