About the Event
Sarah, our Executive Director is also a Level 1 iRest instructor, and she will lead us through a 60 minute, virtual iRest Meditation.
What is iRest?
iRest is a practice of deep relaxation and meditation based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra - adapted to suit the circumstances of modern everyday life.
It provides tools to help us relax deeply, release stress, increase resiliency, improve interpersonal relationships and provide us with greater mastery and control in our lives.
If practiced regularly, it can help with chronic pain, PTSD, sleep issues, anxiety, and depression.
