It will be a beautiful morning of community, connection and self-care. All of our favorite things.
Grab your yoga mat and join us! (If you don’t have a yoga mat…no worries, we’ll have one for you.) Jennifer Quigley will lead us through an easy and restorative yoga session, where we will go through a series of gentle movement, breath work, stillness, and healing energy.
**No yoga experience necessary**
After a short break, we will lie down for 45-60 minutes and allow the vibrations of Dr. Sandra Solano’s Himalayan Singing Bowls lead us to a deep state of relaxation and bring healing to our body, mind, and soul.
Suggested Minimum Donation:
Student: $25*
Adult: $50 *
WBC and NA Theatre Boosters believe in making this experience accessible and inclusive to all people, regardless of financial circumstances. Our low ticket prices reflects this desire.* We encourage those that can afford to do so to make a larger tax-deductible donation for this event.
