We are all about love at Wellbeing Connection. 💗

The mental health journey is essentially about learning to love ourselves and others for who we/they truly are and taking off the mask that we put on to hide our pain, shame, and fear.  It’s about sharing our stories and learning what has helped others and summoning the courage to face some of our fears in the name of healing.

Join us on Valentine’s Day for cookies, coffee, and conversation to learn about what we are up to and to let us know what support, resources, education you think our community needs.  

We hope this will be the first of many monthly meetings that can be a catalyst for hope, healing, change, and love for our community.
