About the Event
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or in need of some connection with yourself, nature & others?
Join us on the first and third Mondays for some C.A.R.E. (Compassion and Resiliency Experience). We will be taking the hour to reconnect with ourselves and nature and return our body and mind to a state of balance in a beautiful outdoor space here in New Albany. Led by the fabulous Lori Bower.
