Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or in need of some connection with yourself & others?⁣

Join us on the first and third Mondays for some C.A.R.E. (Compassion and Resiliency Experience). We will be taking the hour to reconnect with ourselves and return our body and mind to a state of balance in a beautiful indoor space here in New Albany.  Led by the fabulous Lori Bower.

What can you expect at a CARE session?⁣⁣

* Gentle guided movements⁣⁣

* Focus on breath⁣⁣

* Stillness⁣⁣

* Aromatherapy⁣⁣

* Healing energy expressions⁣⁣

What to bring?

* Yoga Mat

* Two to three blankets or beach towels.

* Water

CARE was developed by Lori Bower, M.Ed, E-RYT 500, Urban Zen Integrative Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher as well as a beloved New Albany community member. Lori graciously donates her time to Wellbeing Connection to further our mission of bringing more mental wellness resources to our community.
