PKAD

A support group open to parents of children with anxiety and depression (of all ages). We’ll meet each month to share information, parenting tools and the deep social support that can boost you up when you need it most.

This month Tasha Boyer, a therapist specializing in anxiety and depression, will join us to answer questions, provide resources, etc.

Join a group of parents who understand what it’s like and gain support through connection and community.

PKDA groups will be a safe spaces to share our expereinces and will be peer-led.
